Wedding Reception Aboard the Sun Dream Yacht

Yahindy and Julian Felipe celebrated their wedding aboard the Sun Dream Yacht out of Ft. Lauderdale, FL on 1/25/2026. Approximately 30 close friends and family members boarded the Sun Dream that Sunday night for a 4 hour wedding cruise along the S. Florida intercostal water ways. The ceremony took place on the top deck and that is where some of the guests gathered for the 1st hour. Most of the guests came down to the mid-deck where I am set-up for some drinks, appetizers and music by yours truly. I played a mix of tropical tunes while everyone mingled and prepared for the grand entrance. Yahindy and Julian entered to La Gozadera then they went right into their first dance which was If I Ain't Got You by Alicia Keys. Before we were invited to the buffet style dinner on the main deck, Julian thanked everyone for attending his and Yahindy's big day then everyone raised their glass and cheered for the happy couple. Everyone came down to the main deck to enjoy dinner while I played a mix of easy listening tunes. When all of the guests started making their way up to the mid-deck after dinner, it was obvious that this small group was going to make a lot of noise. I played a mix of top 40 and heavy latin, Miami based tunes that filled the dance floor until the end. As the evening progressed they did have a cake cutting ceremony, a bouquet toss (no garter) and I also took plenty of requests for Reggaeton and Reparto music. As the Sun Dream approached the dock I played No Hay Cama Pa Tanta Gente as the closing song....Ya Tu Sabe.
