Wedding Reception at a Private Residence
Camille and Tim Matanick celebrated their wedding at a private residence in Oakland Park, FL on 5/15/2026. Approximately 20 close friends and family members arrived to the home and were directed to the ceremony on the pool deck. After the happy couple made it official with a big kiss, all of the guests were invited to the cocktail hour for drinks and appetizers. I played a mix of easy listening tracks for the first hour then a buffet style dinner was ready for all to enjoy. There was no intro, first dance or parents dances but Camille did toss the bouquet to all of the single ladies. The reception was more relaxed and fun and the music had a groovy feel to it. The dance floor opened up after dinner and I took a few requests for 80s and 90s freestyle, hip-hop classics and latin favorites. Camille and Tim did have a cake cutting and an extensive dessert table as the evening progressed. Great time had by all and as the evening came to a close I played my all-time favorite as the last song...New York, New York by Frank Sinatra.
