Cheyenne and Andrew's love story unfolded against the breathtaking backdrop of the Atlantic Ocean at a private residence in Islamorada, Florida on November 9th. The sun set over the beach as the couple exchanged vows in a touching ceremony, with the bride gracefully walking down the aisle to a Minnz Piano cover of Taylor Swift’s Wildest Dreams. After the ceremony, the newlyweds were hand-in-hand singing I’m A Believer by Smash Mouth as they walked back down the aisle. The joyous atmosphere continued during the cocktail hour on the beachfront property where laughter and love filled the air. The reception was a few steps down with the ocean as a backdrop of the sweetheart table and champagne LED up lights to accent the palm trees around the property. Following the cocktail hour, the newlyweds made an unforgettable entrance to “Electric Love" by BORNS with their bridal party creating a tunnel for the couple to walk through. The introduction lead straight into their first dance as husband and wife to I’ll Name the Dogs by Blake Shelton. Following the first dance, I invited the father of the bride to join his daughter for their dance to Do You Believe in Magic? by The Lovin Spoonful before asking Andrew to lead his mother in their mother son dance to Thought you should know by Morgan Wallen. After the parents’ dances I asked everyone to be seated for dinner as I played a mix of easy pop songs before a thank you speech from the new Mr. and Mrs. Hamer. After a quick cake cutting to You’re my Best Friend by Queen we kicked things off with a big family photo before a slow dance to get the dance floor going. The crowd was a good mix of young and older family, so I played everything from the 80s to some 00s classics and dance party favorites. Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Hamer and good luck. You guys were too much fun. - DJ ELOW
