Wedding Reception at Armenian Church Hall / Hollywood

On Saturday April 28, 2013 at the Armenian Church Hall where Donald and Ruth had their Cocktail Hour and Reception, they had 220 family and friends attending their special event. We had awesome Emerald Green up lighting, LED dance floor lighting, and a photo booth provided by Eddie B & Company.  As guests arrived to cocktail hour I was playing some good ole  R&B, Reggae and Latin music. We began the reception with Bridal Party introductions. The bridal party came in to the Chicago Bulls Theme song "Sirius" by Alan Parsons Project. Then Mr. & Mrs. Simmons made their entrance to  “PARIS” by Jay Z/Kanye West, the bride and groom came in dancing and having fun.  Their first dance as husband and wife was to “That’s What My Love Is “ by Alicia Keys which was sang by Aida Rivera a friend of family that has a beautiful voice. Followed by father and daughter dance to “ Es Mi Nina Bonita” by Tomasoe San Juan, followed by Mother/Son Dance  “Cottage In Negryl” By Duane Stephenson, Ruth the bride joined in for the mother and son dance to a great Reggae song.

Toasts were done by best man Alex Figueroa, brides maid Mini Brito, father of bride Tali Borrero and mother of the groom Donna Campbell, Followed by a blessing of by Father Ward. During Dinner I played slower music with some Adele, Jack Johnson, Colbie Caillat , Bruno Mars, Michael Bublé. Right after dinner for the cake cutting ceremony I played “Endless Love” by Kenny G. Followed by the  bouquet toss I invited  all of the single ladies to the song “ Single Ladies “ by Beyonce there were a lot of single ladies and they were ready for that bouquet. Then the garter removal to the song “Remenber Me “ By WyzKalif .  Donald the groom had a little dance all planned out. After the garter removal we had planned for garter toss but none of the single guys came to the dance floor.

Than we began the party to “Danza Kuduro” By Don Omar And “The Harlem Shake “ Everyone did the Harlem Shake it was awesome, from there on the dance floor was packed all night with great energy, I had requests from Line dances such as Cupid Shuffle, Wobble, Electric Slide to Bachata, Merengue ,Reggae, Hip hop and all top 40’s. For every great party there is an ending we finished the night with a great song chosen by bride and groom “Can’t Hold Us “ By Macklemore all guests joined the bride and groom on the dance floor for the last dance.
