Wedding reception at Benvenuots

Carley and Pablo Barquero celebrated their dream wedding at Benvenuto's of Boynton Beach, FL on 7/5/2024.  The ceremony took place at a nearby church then all of the approximate 150 guests were invited to Benvenuto's for cocktail hour and reception.  As the guests arrived they were greeted with drinks, appetizers and easy listening tunes by yours truly at the cocktail hour.  When it was time for the intros all of the guests found their seats at the reception ballroom.  Carley chose Celebration by Kool & The Gang for the parents intros, Bring 'Em Out by T.I. for the bridal party intros and Let's Get It Started by The BEPs for her and Pablo's intro.  The first dance was to Biblical by Calum Scott then Carley danced with her dad to I Loved Her First by Heartland and Pablo danced with his mom to My Little Man by Jamie Grooms.  Everyone found their seats and prepared for a 3 course meal.  The toasts during the meals were given by Cassie (MOH) and Jose (BM) and the reception was in full swing.  Pablo did provide me with a great play list that included top 40, classic latin hits and old school 80s and 90s hits.  Very fun and excited group of guests that only took a break for the cake cutting and the garter/bouquet toss.  Carley and Pablo surprised everyone with a Costa Rican tradition of multiple liquor shots on the dance floor while they celebrate...Priceless.  The closing song for the evening was Friends In Low Places by Garth Brooks and that put a bow on a fabulous Friday night wedding.
