Once again another awesome wedding at Benvenuto's in Boynton Beach. As you know we are on their vendor list and they are very busy over there especially at this time of year. There were 5 different events going on and you couldn't tell because of how organized and professional the staff is. Christian and Anna Sheppard were married at Benvenuto's on 3/19/2011. It started with a beautiful ceremony in the court yard. Christian and Anna made there own vows. Christian promised to always check her oil and tire pressure and Anna promised to let him watch the games. The guests really got a kick out of that. During cocktail hour the guests enjoyed some hors d'oeuvres and drinks then I lined the bridal party up for the big intro. This intro was different because Christian and Anna wanted the bridal party to be introduced as one big gang. There were 18 bridesmaids and groomsmen from the Erdal-A-Hee-Whoos, NY Melinda, Richard-Yardy to Mothra and Little Eddie. They were very up-beat and loud as they entered. Anna danced with Christian to "It Is You" (I Have Loved) from the Shrek Soundtrack and Ava (Anna's daughter) cut in halfway through the song to also dance with her new step-dad. There wasn't a dry eye in the room. Anna then danced with her mother to a very special song called "I'm Blessed To Call You Mother" by Molly Pasutti. Christian then danced with his mom to "The Man You've Become" also by Molly Pasutti. Since there was 5 courses to be served, Anna requested a mix of reggae, salsa, r&b and freestyle to be played before the main course. It worked out perfectly because everyone was in a dance mode the entire night. After the main course the music got louder and faster and the dance floor got more and more packed. Anna and Christian picked a great selection of dance music for their guests to enjoy. And enjoy they did especially when I played I Will Survive and Old School Reggae. The last songs for the night were "The DJ Got us Falling In Love Again" by Usher and of course "New York, New York" by Frank Sinatra. A few of the guests were from NY so it was only fitting.
Congrats to Christian and Anna they make a wonderful couple and they know how to throw a party. God Bless you guys!!!
