Michelle and Jean Cerda celebrated their wedding at Benvenuto's of Boynton Beach, FL on 9/2/2021. The ceremony took place at a nearby church then all of the approximate 100 guests were invited to Benvenuto's for the cocktail hour and reception. I took the time to decorate the ballroom with our signature "Cold Sparks" and the "Cumulus Cloud" effect all provided by Eddie B & Company. As all of the guests entered the ballroom I lined up the 17 member bridal party for the grand entrance. Michelle chose Mi Gente by J. Balvin as the intro song for the bridal party and Danza Kuduro as the intro song for her and Jean. The first dance was to Wonderful Tonight by Eric Clapton then Michelle danced with her dad to I Loved Her First by Heartland and Jean danced with his mom to Amor De Madre by V. Manuelle. All of the guests found their seats and prepared for a 3 course meal. The toasts were given by all 3 parents along with a prayer before the meal by Michelle's dad Mr. Sampson. Michelle did provide me with a short play list and asked me to play to her fun/excited group of guests. I did have fun playing top 40, latin favorites and Motown after dinner along with a few group dances. There was no garter/bouquet toss that evening but the happy couple did take the time to cut their beautiful wedding cake. The closing song for the evening was More Than Words by Extreme and that put a bow on a nice Thursday night Benvenuto's wedding.
Congrats to Michelle, Jean and the entire Cerda and Sampson families.
Special thanks to the staff at Benvenuto's for always providing 5 star service.
