Wedding Reception at Benvenutos

DJ Gregg here with another installment of the Wedding blog. On Sunday, October 15th I had the pleasure of being the DJ at Karen and Ricky's wedding. It was held at Benvenuto in Boynton Beach. This is a great venue and the service is excellent!

As the guests arrived, I played some cool tunes music to set the mood.

I lined up the Bride and Groom and introduced them into the room. I was asked to use"Just a Groove" by Notion . T

I invited them to the dance floor for their first dance "God Bless the Broken Road" by Rascal Flatts. It worked perfectly. Now Ricky danced with his mom. "Just The Way You Are" by Billy Joel was used. The champagne was poured and it was time to say a few words. Christina the Maid of Honor had wonderful words to say. Very touching and lots of fond memories..

During dinner I played some oldies, classic rock, and smooth tunes as requested by the bride and groom.

Once dinner was over,everyone was ripe to get out and party, so that is exactly what they did! I played a lot of 70's 80's and top 40 as requested by Karen and Ricky. It allowed all of the generations to get out and dance at the same time. In fact, the dance floor was packed all night long!!!!

We cut the cake with "Lucky" by Jason Mraz. 

After that we kept the party going..

I played a lot of dance music as well as oldies, rock and roll and top 40.

It was a great time for all!
