Wedding & Reception at Benvenutos

I had the pleasure of DJing Laura and Stephen's wedding at Benvenutos in Boynton Beach on Saturday, March 10, 2023. The ceremony was held in the courtyard and I played violin and piano versions of songs from Ed Sheeran, John Legend and others as the guests arrived. The bridal party walked down the aisle to the piano version of Bruno Mars - Marry You.  Laura entered to the cello and piano version of "Falling in Love With You". Laura's mother Lynne officiated and I can say this is the first time I have seen a mother as the officiant. She did a great job and made it to the end before the tears started and she pronounced Laura and Stephen husband and wife! Laura finally married Mr. Wright! Laura & Stephen exited to Trumpet Tune and Air and cocktail hour began. Most of the guests went to the bar area but many also stayed out in the courtyard. I played music from Chris Stapleton, Florida Georgia Line and Bebe Rexha setting a happy mood for the guests.

For the reception Laura and Stephen had one of Eddie B & Company's gobo monograms with their names projected on the wall. They also  had Cyan Blue LED up lighting and LED dance floor lights. This is highly recommended to create an atmosphere and makes for wonderful pictures. I introduced the bridal party to Flo Rida - Good Feeling and then I introduced Mr. and Mrs. Wright to David Guetta - I'm Good. Everyone cheered and then it was time for the first dance to Speechless by Dan and Shay. The guests were fun and energetic and during and after dinner took turns getting pictures at a Eddie B & Company photo booth which you can also have on your wedding day! After dinner the dancing began to Sexy and I Know It by LMFAO, September by Earth Wind and Fire and Flowers by Miley Cyrus. Laura threw her bouquet to Girls Just Wanna Have Fun by Cindy Lauper. She has quite an arm because the bouquet got stuck in the chandelier! Luckily she had a second bouquet and this time one of the lovely ladies caught it. After that Stephen entertained the whole crowd with a dance to Pony by Ginuwine and he removed Laura's garter. The night ended with Garth Brooks - Friends in Low Places and Wanted - Glad You Came. I wish Laura and Stephen, Mr. and Mrs. Wright the best life together!
