Wedding Reception at Benvenutos

Awesome, Awesome, Awesome !!!

Sunday evening January 14th, 2024 at my favorite venue, Benvenutos, is where the reception for JJ and Lilly was held with DJ Marc Evans. 

The ceremony was held in the main room due to the bad weather as the sister of the groom performed the ceremony. The bridal party walked down the aisle to Perfect Places. Lilly walked down the aisle with her Mom and Dad to Lover the instrumental. Once they were pronounced as husband and wife I played, Loving is Easy by The Rex Orange County.

The Cocktail hour was held in the bar area where the genre of music was Reggae and Steel drum music.

As the guests were ready for entry into the main, the Amber up lighting and the dance floor lights created a great atmosphere for the introductions. JJ and Lilly danced into the main room alone to We Found Love by Rhianna. The first dance was to Love You For A Long Time by Maggie Powers. Lilly danced with her dad to My Girl from Temptations. JJ danced with his mom to  My Wish from Rascal Flatts. 

As I invited all the guests to find there seats for the first course along with the toast and welcome speech from the father the bride.  After the first course we decided to have the salad and then the remainder of all the toasts with the best man and the maid of honor, hilarious.

Prior to the main course we did some dancing where the lights the music and DJ Marc rocked the dance floor where everyone came to celebrate and party with Lilly and JJ as they danced for a half hour prior to dinner. It was Awesome.

Once dinner concluded, the dancing began from you name it we played it. Hip Hop to a few line dances to many songs from the school they graduated from and everything they wanted. They were funny and hilarious at the same time where what the music list read is what I played, Awesome.

As the evening came to a close, we played the few songs they requested from Pitbull and Neyo along with Closing Time. The guests made there way outside for a sparkler send off to the bride and groom.
