Alex and Lars Coughlin celebrated their wedding at Benvenuto's of Boynton Beach, FL on 10/10/2025. Approximately 150 close friends and family members arrived to the venue that Friday night and were directed to the atrium bar for drinks and appetizers. Our very own Steuy Blue provided the live saxaphone sounds for all to enjoy at the cocktail hour while myself and Leonard decorated the ballroom. Alex and Lars' package included 20 LED, wireless uplights, dance floor lights and our Open Air photo booth all provided by Eddie B & Company. As all of the guests entered the ballroom, I lined up the 19 member bridal party for the grand entrance. Alex chose Oh What A Night by Frankie Valli for the parents intros and These Words by N. Bedingfield for the entire bridal party intro including her and Lars. The first dance was to Love You Like A Sunday by The Kruse Brothers then Alex danced with her dad to My Little Girl by Tim McGraw and Lars danced with his mom to Born Yesterday by Eric Burgett. All of the guests found their seats then Alex's mom gave the blessing of the meals and the reception was under way. During the meals, there were toasts given by Michael (FOB), Jamie (MOH) and Craig (BM) then Alex and Lars thanked everyone for attending their big day. Alex did provide me with a play list that included top 40, classic rock and disco, alternative rock and oldies. Amazing energy from all of the guests that evening as they filled up the dance floor after dinner. The dancing continued throughout the evening and we only took a short break for the cake cutting and bouquet toss. As the evening came to a close I played Stargazing by Myles Smith for all of the guest to gather outside for a sparkler send-off. Alex and Lars then had their last private dance to Joy Of My Life by Chris Stapleton.
Congrats to Alex, Lars and the entire Coughlin and Bretz families.
Special thanks to the staff at Benvenuto's for always providing amazing service.
