Wedding reception at Benvenutos
Komila and Dustin Thompson celebrated their wedding at Benvenuto's of Boynton Beach, FL on 1/15/2025. Approximately 50 close friends and family members arrived to the venue and were directed to the courtyard for the ceremony. After the happy couple made it official, everyone was invited to the cocktail hour at the atrium bar. I played a mix of easy listening tunes while they all mingled and enjoyed drinks and appetizers. As all of the guests entered the ballroom, I lined up the 10 member bridal party for the grand entrance. Komila chose Everytime We Touch by Cascada for the bridal party intros and I Was Made For Lovin' You (remix) by Oliver Heldens. The first dance was to Merry-Go-Round Of Life by J. Hasaishi then everyone found their seats and prepared for a 3 course meal. During the meals, the toasts were given by Megan (MOH) and Alexander (BM) and the reception was in full swing. Komila did provide me with a play list that included top 40 and Russian and Uzbek favorites. The dance floor filled up after dinner and they enjoyed the mix I played that night. There was no garter/bouquet toss or parents dances just good clean dancing fun. The closing song for the evening was Wind Of Change by The Scorpions and that put a bow on a fantastic Thursday night Benvenuto's wedding.
