Wedding Reception at Coconut Cove Islamorada

Dani and Cole Sabin celebrated their wedding at the Coconut Cove Resort in Islamorada Key, FL on 3/24/2022.  Approximately 70 close friends and family members arrived to the resort that Thursday early evening and were directed to the beach-side ceremony over-looking the Atlantic Ocean.  After Dani and Cole made it official with a big kiss, all of the guests were invited to the tiki bar for drinks and appetizers.  I played a mix of tropical tunes while they all mingled and posed for pics with the happy couple.  When the cocktail hour concluded they all found their seats at the reception/dinner area.  6 family members gave very funny and sweet toasts then they all enjoyed a buffet style dinner.  Dani did provide me with a play list that included top 40, classic rock and country tunes for all to enjoy.  After dinner all of the guests gathered around the tiki dance floor for the first dance.  Dani and Cole chose I Got You Babe by Sonny and Cher as their first dance then Dani danced with her dad to What A Wonderful World by L. Armstrong and Cole danced with his mom to My Wish by Rascal Flatts.  The dance floor then opened up and the dance party began. And boy did they love the dance mix I played.  I was asked by Dani to stay for an extra 2 hours so at around 1:30am I played Closing Time by Semisonic and that put a bow on a great Thursday night keys wedding.  Congrats to Dani, Cole and the entire Sabin family.
