Wedding & Reception at Deer Creek Country Club

Mara and Matt celebrated their dream wedding at the Deer Creek Country Club in Deerfield Beach, FL on 1/14/2024.  This amazing wedding began with an outdoor ceremony at the trellis.  Approximately 170 guests witnessed a beautiful ceremony then they were all invited to the cocktail hour for drinks and appetizers.  I played a mix of smooth jazz while they all mingled then myself and Brandon decorated the ballroom with 20, LED, wireless up-lights, dance floor lights, a monogram with (their names and the date) and our "Open Air" Photo Booth all provided by Eddie B & Company .  As all of the guests entered the ballroom, I lined up the 16 member bridal party for the grand entrance.  Mara chose We Are Family by Sister Sledge for the parents intros, Get The Party Started by Pink for the bridal party intros and Dancing In The Moonlight by Toploader for her and Matt's intros.  The first dance was to A Face To Call Home by John Mayer then Mara danced with her dad to Turn Around by The Kingston Trio and Matt danced with his mom to Landslide by Fleetwood Mac.  All of the guests found their seats and prepared for a 3 course meal.  The toasts were given by Becca (MOH), Chris (BM) and Mara's dad Mr. Sasoon and the reception was under way.  Mara did provide me with a play list that included top 40, classic 90s and 2000s dance hits, club jams and latin favorites.  Excellent mix of genres for this very energetic group of guests.  The traditional Jewish Hora was performed as the evening progressed and I did take requests for line/group dances.  The guests did take a break from the dance floor for the cake cutting and bouquet toss (no garter) then as the evening came to a close I played I Melt With You by Modern English...amazing ending to a perfect night!!!
