Wedding Reception at Deer Creek Country Club
Susan and Chaz Younes celebrated their wedding at the Deer Creek Country Club in Deerfield Beach, FL on 6/11/2024. The ceremony was held at a nearby church then all of the approximate 100 guests were invited to the venue for the cocktail hour and reception. As the guests arrived they were directed to the Biscayne Room for the cocktail hour. I played a mix of Rat Pack favorites while they all mingled and enjoyed drinks and appetizers. I also took the time to decorate the ballroom with 20 LED, wireless up-lights, dance floor lights a monogram (with their names and the date) and a 55" plasma TV for a slide show all provided by Eddie B & Company. As all of the guests entered the ballroom, I lined up the 16 member bridal party for the grand entrance. Susan chose Crazy In Love by Beyonce for the parents intros, Sexy and I Know It by LMFAO for the bridesmaids intros, Let's Get It Started by The B.E.P. for the groomsmen's intros and Say You Won't Let Go by James Arthur for their intro song with also was their first dance. Susan then danced with her dad to She's Somebody's Daughter by Drew Baldridge, Chaz danced with his mom to Angel of Mine by Monica then Susan surprised her mom with Mama's Song by Carrie Underwood. The toasts were given by Sheri (MOG), Adela (MOH), Joey (BM), Kelly (MOB) then Chaz thanked everyone for attending their big day. All of the guests found their seats and prepared for a 3 course meal. Susan did provide me with a play list that included top 40, country favorites, alternative rock and 90s and 2000s dance hits. Perfect mix of genres for this very fun group of guests. After dinner they danced the night away and only took a break for the cake cutting and the garter/bouquet toss. The closing song for the evening was Forever After All by Luke Combs as the remaining guests gathered on the dance floor with the happy couple.
