On Saturday, March 8th I was in Deerfield at Deer Creek Golf and Country Club for the wedding ceremony and reception of Dan and Vivian. The ceremony took place shortly after 8:00pm just outside the main ballroom, with a beautiful waterfall in the background. The groom along with his groomsmen and the bridal party walked to Merry-Go-Round by Joe Hisaishi, followed by the bride who walked down the aisle to Arrival of the Birds by The Cinematic Orchestra. Once the two were pronounced husband and wife, the new Mr. and Mrs. Rozenberg celebrated together while singing Wedding Hora Medley by Eitan Masuri. The reception room was surrounded by windows and brought to life by blush LED up lighting, provided by Eddie B & Company. When it was time for introductions I invited everyone to stand with their napkins overhead as we welcomed Mr. and Mrs. Rozenberg to Nobody by OneRepublic. The couple then embraced each other for their first dance to Numa Sala Reboco by Luis Gonzaga. Following the first dance we broke out the Hora with the entire family, lifting the newlyweds high into the air. We danced for about an hour before dinner when I played some 80s and 90s love songs while the guests enjoyed their meal. The rest of the night was a party with a fusion of traditional jewish music, mixed with some samba, and dance party favorites for all the guests to enjoy. Once the guests were on the floor they did not want to leave. Thank you Dan and Vivian for allowing me to be a part of your special day. You were an awesome crowd and it was an absolute pleasure partying with you and your family. Best of luck to you - DJ ELOW
