Wedding Reception at Deering Estates

Vinitha and Austin Walok celebrated their wedding at the Deering Estates in Miami, FL on 11/26/2022.  It was a beautiful Saturday late afternoon when Vinitha and Austin made it official on the great lawn at Deering Estates.  The approximately 50 guests cheered loudly as the happy couple gave each other a big kiss then they were all invited to the cocktail hour on the veranda.  I played a mix of tropical tunes while they all mingled and we also took the time to decorate the reception tent with 20 amber, LED, wireless up-lights, dance floor lights, a monogram with their names and the date and our "Open Air" photo booth all provided by Eddie B & Company.  As all of the guests entered the reception tent I lined up the 12 member bridal party for the grand entrance.  Vinitha chose Uptown Funk by B. Mars for the bridal party intros and All OF The Lights by Kanye for her and Austin's intro.  The first dance was to Sweetheart by Devi Negi then all of the guests found their seats and prepared for a 4 station/buffet style dinner.  The toasts were given by Jacob (BM), Lindsey (MOH) and by some of Vinitha's cousins.  The dance floor opened up after dinner and I had a blast playing top 40, classic rock, oldies and hip-hop for all to enjoy.  The cake cutting and the bouquet toss (no garter) were performed as the evening progressed and I also took a few requests for couples dances.  The closing song for the evening was I've Had The Time Of My Life from the Dirty Dancing Soundtrack and that put a bow on a fabulous Saturday night Deering Estates wedding.
