Wedding Reception at Embassy Suites Hotel PGA

On Saturday June 4th, I had the pleasure of playing for Amber & Derek Medellin and 180 family members & friends at the Embassy Suites Hotel/PGA. The evening started with a cocktail reception for which I played a variety of tunes from different eras. The guests were also entertained with our "Strike A Pose" photo booth during the reception. The ballroom was highlighted in Amber LED up lights as they entered to a up tempo mix of trance/dance music. I introduced the bridal party to "Crazy in Love" by Beyoncé and Amber & Derek made their grand entrance to "Love Never Felt so Good" by Jackson/Timberlake. Their first dance was "From the Ground Up" by Dan Shay. Amber danced with her father Phillip to "My Little Girl" by Tim McGraw, and Derek danced with his mother Debbie to "Don't Blink" by Kenny Chesney. The cake was cut to 'Sugar" by Maroon 5, and Derek removed the garter to "Rock Your Body", followed by Amber tossing her bouquet to "Dear Future Husband"! The music format was a mix of Country, Retro 80's and Top 40 Dance. We ended the evening with "Glad You Came" and "Save the Last Dance for Me"! Great party, Great people!
