Michelle and Anthony Mariano celebrated their wedding at Fern Forest Nature Center in Coconut Creek, FL on 9/5/2015. What a great venue for a country style wedding. The ceremony, which was held outdoors, was witnessed by approximately 100 friends and family members. After the happy couple tied the knot, everyone was invited to the ballroom where the cocktail hour and reception took place. I decorated the ballroom with 24 amber colored, LED, wireless up-lights and dance floor lights all provided by Eddie B & Company. As all of the guests settled in to their seats, I lined up the bridal party of the grand entrance. Michelle chose Going Down For Real by FloRida for the bridal party intro and Uptown Funk by Bruno Mars for her and Anthony's intro. The first dance was to Thinking Out Loud by Ed Sheeran then Michelle danced with her dad to My Little Girl by Tim McGraw and Anthony danced with his mom to My Wish by Rascal Flatts. The toasts were given by Brittany (maid of honor), AJ (best man) and Danny (Michelle's brother). Soon after, the buffet opened up and everyone enjoyed their meals as I played a mix of easy listening/country tunes. Michelle did provide me with a play list that included top 40, country, 80's and 90's dance hits and hip-hop. After the meals the dance floor lit up!! I love to watch people have a good time and they really got into it. I took a few requests for the group dances like The Wobble, Cha Cha Slide and the Whip/Nae Nae song. As the evening progressed we did pause for the cake cutting and garter/bouquet toss. The last song for the evening was Closing Time by Semisonic as all of the remaining guests made a big circle around the happy couple and wished them luck! Congrats to Michelle, Anthony and the entire Mariano and Pritchard families. Special thanks to the folks at Fern Forest for all of their help and for helping us clean up after the wedding!
