Wedding Reception at GEM Mansion

Alexia and Thomas Nguyen celebrated their wedding at the GEM Mansion in Miami, FL on 3/1/2025.  The ceremony took place at a nearby church then all of the approximately 130 guests were invited to the mansion for the cocktail hour and reception.  The cocktail hour music was provided by a separate vendor since we were hired for the 6 hour reception only.  I decorate the reception area with 20, LED, wireless up-lights and dance floor lights all provided by Eddie B & Company.  As all of the guests entered the reception area and found their seats, I lined up Alexia and Tommy for the grand entrance.  They chose Gimme Gimme Gimme by Abba as the intro song then we had a 15 minute dance set before the 1st of a 3 course meal was served.  During dinner, the toasts were given by James (BM), Ally (MOH) and Arturo (FOB) then the happy couple thanked everyone for attending their big day.  Alexia did provide me with a play list that included top 40 and heavy latin favorites.  The dance floor filled up very quickly after dinner and it remained that way for the rest of the evening.  The energy was unbelievable as they lifted Alexia and Tommy up on the dance floor after they had a wardrobe change.  The happy couple did have a cake cutting as the evening progressed and surprised everyone was an extensive dessert selection and a coffee cart for all to enjoy.  The closing song for the evening which was also a private dance was to Is This Love by Bob Marley.  Alexia and Tommy danced together as the remained guests looked on and cheered.

Amazing wedding and I wish to congratulate Alexia, Tommy and the entire Nguyen and Lacayo families.
