Wedding Reception at Hugh's Catering

On Saturday, April 13th I was at Hugh’s Catering in Oakland Park for the wedding ceremony and reception of Jennifer and Jeffrey. The ceremony took place shortly after 5:30pm in the main room, with beautiful white drapes in the background. The groom along with his groomsmen and the bridal party walked to the altar to Can You Feel the Love Tonight by Daniel Jang followed by the bride who walked down the aisle to Daniel Jang’s Can’t Help Falling in Love with You. Once the two were pronounced husband and wife, the new Mr. and Mrs. Furlong celebrated together while singing Siman Tov Mazel Tov. Cocktails were served in a separate room while the main room was being flipped for the reception, complete with gold LED up lighting provided by Eddie B & Company. When it was time for introductions I invited everyone to stand as we welcomed Mr. and Mrs. Furlong to Crazy Little thing Called Love by Queen. The couple then embraced each other for their first dance to Bless the Broken Road by Rascal Flatts. During dinner, I played some folk pop while the guests enjoyed their meal. The rest of the night was a party with a fusion of EDM, country, and dance party favorites for all the guests to enjoy. Once the guests were on the floor they did not want to leave.
