Wedding Reception at Jacaranda Country Club

Amy and Josh Disatham celebrated their wedding at the Jacaranda Country Club in Plantation, FL on 8/21/2022.  This amazing wedding began with an indoor ceremony where approximately 60 close friends and family members witnessed the happy couple tie the knot and make it official with a big kiss.  The cocktail hour took place at the clubhouse bar room.  I played a mix of Rat Pack favorites while they all mingled and enjoyed drinks and appetizers.  As all of the guests entered the ballroom I lined up the 8 member bridal party for the grand intros.  Amy chose Lost Woods Theme as the intro song for the bridal party and Zelda Main Theme for her and Josh's intro.  The first dance was to Promise by Kellie Coffey (no parents dances) then everyone found their seats for a 3 course meal.  The toasts during dinner were given by Kristen (maid of honor) and Sean (best man).  Amy and Josh asked me to play to their guests and to have fun.  Well this was a very fun/energetic group of guests that partied hard all night and only took a break for the cake cutting ceremony and the garter/bouquet toss.  I also did take a few requests from Amy's mom's table for couples dances and oldies.  The last songs for the evening were Don't Stop Believing by Journey and Closing Time by Semisonic as all of the guests gathered on the dance floor with Amy and Josh.
