Wedding Reception at Jacaranda Country Club

Maria and Noah Eddy celebrated their wedding at the Jacaranda Country Club in Plantation, FL on 3/22/2025.  The ceremony took place at a nearby church then all of the 75 guests were invited to Jacaranda for the cocktail hour and reception.  I played a mix of easy listening tunes at the cocktail hour while everyone mingled and enjoyed drinks and appetizers.  The happy couple took the time to pose for pictures with immediate family members then they greeted all of the guests as they all made their way into the ballroom for the reception.  There was no grand entrance so Maria and Noah went right into their first dance which was Can't Help Falling In Love by Michael Buble.  Maria then danced with her dad to What A Wonderful World by L. Armstrong and everyone found their seats and prepared for a buffet style dinner.  During dinner, the toasts were given by Antonio (BM) and Mafe (MOH) then Maria and Noah thanked all of their family and friends for attending their big day.  Maria did provide me with a play list that included top 40, latin favorites, 80s and 90s dance hits and 2000s pop tunes.  A nice mix of genres for this very fun group of guest that hit the dance floor after dinner and partied till the end.  There was no cake cutting or garter/bouquet toss but the happy couple surprised everyone with a very extensive dessert station that everyone enjoyed.  The closing song for the evening was You've Got A Friend In Me by Jordan Fisher and all of the remaining guests made a big circle on the dance floor around the newlyweds.
