Wedding Reception at Key Largo Lighthouse

Erika and Brandon Mitchell celebrated their dream wedding at the Key Largo Lighthouse in Key Largo, FL on 3/4/2025.  Approximately 40 close friends and family members arrived to the lighthouse that Tuesday evening and were directed to the beach-side ceremony overlooking the Gulf. Everyone witnessed a beautiful ceremony then they were all invited to the tiki bar for cocktail hour.  I played a mix of tropical tunes while they all mingled and enjoyed drinks and appetizers.  Erika and Brandon took the time to pose for pictures with immediate family members and sunset photos.  As I lined up the 11 member bridal party for the grand entrance, everyone made a big circle on the dance floor.  Erika chose Uptown Funk by B. Mars for the bridal party intros and All I Do Is Win by Khaled for her and Brandon's intros.  The first dance was to All OF Me by John Legend then Erika danced with her dad to Slipping Through My Fingers by Abba and Brandon danced with his mom to My Wish by Rascal Flats.  All of the guests were then invited to the reception tent for toasts, a buffet style dinner and the cake cutting.  During dinner the toasts were given by Braeden(BM), Drea (MOH) and both sets of parents.  While in the reception tent, the happy couple also performed the shoe game that had everyone laughing hysterically.  The dance floor opened up after the cake cutting and it became a fun/dance party until the end.  I played a mix of top 40, classic rock, motown, oldies and a few group dances.  I also took a few requests for couples dances as the evening progressed.  The closing song for the evening was Friends In Low Places by Garth Brooks and that put a bow on a fabulous Tuesday night Keys wedding.
