Lorene and Marcus Snyder celebrated their wedding at the Key Largo Lighthouse in Key Largo, FL on 3/17/2026. Approximately 45 guests arrived to the Lighthouse that Tuesday night and were directed to the beach-side ceremony over-looking the Bay. The cocktail hour took place at the tiki bar and that is also where everyone enjoyed drinks and appetizers as I played a mix of tropical tunes. Lorene and Marcus posed for pictures with everyone just before the grand entrance and formal dances. I had all of the guests make a circle on the dance floor as the bridal party entered to Sharp Dressed Man by ZZ Top then Lorene and Marcus entered to Got My Mind Set On You by George Harrison. The first dance was to Keeper Of The Stars by Tracy Byrd then Lorene danced with her dad to Tupelo Honey by Van Morrison and Marcus danced with his mom to Time To Say Goodbye by Andrea Bocelli. Before the buffet style dinner was ready for all to enjoy, Bill (FOG) gave the blessing of the meals then during dinner Nikki (MOH) and Dan (BM) gave the toasts. After dinner, Lorene and Marcus had a cake cutting ceremony then the dance floor opened up and the reception was in full swing. I played a mix of top 40, classic rock, country and oldies for all to enjoy and I also took a few requests for more country tunes. Everyone also looked on as Lorene and Marcus posed for some very beautiful sun-set photos. As the evening came to a close I played I've Had The Time Of My Life from the Dirty Dancing Soundtrack which also prompted a sparkler send-off for the happy couple.
Congrats to Lorene, Marcus and the entire Snyder family.
Special thanks to the staff at the Lighthouse for always providing excellent service.
