Wedding Reception at Key Largo Lighthouse

Melissa and Sam Gawey celebrated their wedding at the Key Largo Lighthouse in Key Largo, FL on 10/4/2023.  This amazing wedding began with a beach ceremony over-looking the Gulf.  Approximately 60 close friends and family members witnessed the happy couple make it official with a big kiss then everyone was invited to the tiki bar for the cocktail hour.  Melissa and Sam posed for sun-set photos while all of the guests mingled and enjoyed drinks and appetizers.  Melissa and Sam decided on having the buffet style dinner and toasts first then the first dance and parents dances afterwards.  The first dance was performed by a violinist then Melissa danced with her dad to Dance With My Daughter by Jason Blaine and Sam danced with his Aunties to You'll Be In My Heart by Phil Collins in memory of his mom Grace.  The dance floor opened up and it was a non-stop dancing party for the rest of the evening.  I played a mix of top 40 dance hits, country and 2000s hits.  The cake cutting (no garter/bouquet toss) was performed as the evening progressed along with a few couples dances for all to enjoy.  The closing song was Sun To Me by Zach Bryan as all of the remaining guests gathered on the dance floor for a sparkler send-off.
