Wedding Reception at Killians Country Club
Megan and Rafael Emiliani celebrated their wedding at the Killian Palms Country Club in Miami, FL on 12/27/2025. Approximately 120 close friends and family members arrived to the Country Club and were directed to the outdoor ceremony in the courtyard. The cocktail hour was also held outdoors at the veranda and as I played easy listening tunes everyone enjoyed drinks and appetizers. I also took the time to decorate the ballroom with 2 dance floor gig bars that were provided by Eddie B & Company. As all of the guests entered the ballroom, I lined up the 18 member bridal party for the grand entrance. Megan chose We Found Love by Rihanna as the intro song for the bridal party and My Love by Route 94 for her and Rafael's intro. The first dance was to I Knew I Loved You by Savage Garden then Megan danced with her dad to God Made You My Father by Riley Roth and with her brother Alex to Sister by J.M. Howell. Everyone then found their seats and prepared for a 3 course meal. Frank Nunez gave the blessing of the meals then Nailah (MOH) and Alex (BM) gave the toasts during dinner. The dance floor opened up after dinner and they only took a short break for the cake cutting ceremony. Megan also surprised her mom with a bouquet of roses and dedicated the song What Was I Made For by B. Eilish...very touching moment. Rafael did provide me with a play list that included top 40, classic 90s and 2000s dance hits, heavy latin favorites and country tunes. Perfect mix of genres for this very fun and energetic group of guests. The dancing continued for the rest of the evening and as the wedding came to a close I played Time After Time by Cindy Lauper and Sky Full Of Stars by Coldplay. Perfect ending to a perfect wedding.
