Wedding Reception at Lakeside Pavillion / Palm Beach

Briana and Alec Mursuli celebrated their wedding at the Lakeside Pavilion in Palm Beach, Florida on 1/19/2025.  Approximately 100 close friends and family members arrived to the venue and were directed to the outdoor ceremony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.  After the happy couple made it official with a big kiss everyone was invited to the cocktail hour right outside of the ballroom.  They mingled and enjoyed drinks and appetizers while I played a mix of traditional Cuban classics.  I also took the time to decorate the ballroom with 20, LED, wireless uplights and dance floor lights all provided by Eddie B & Company.  As all of the guests made their way into the reception ballroom, I lined up the 20 member bridal party for the grand entrance.  Briana chose Murder On The Dance Floor for the bridesmaid's intro, Camera by Drake for the groomsmen intro and Let Me Clear My Throat for her and Alec's intro.  The first dance was to This Magic Moment by The Drifters then Briana danced with her dad to My Girl by The Temptations and Alec danced with his mom to My Wish by Rascal Flats.  The toasts were given by Alyis (brother), Alexa (MOH), Rhys (BM) and Cara (MOH) then everyone found their seats and prepared for a buffet style dinner.  Briana did provide me with a playlist that included top 40, classic disco and oldies, 90s and 2000s dance hits and heavy latin favorites.  After dinner the dance floor opened up and it became an all-out dance party for the rest of the night.  They did perform the cake cutting as the evening progressed and I did take a few requests for group dances.  The last song for the evening was Ain't No Mountain High Enough and that put a bow on a nice Sunday night wedding.
