On Saturday,Sept.10th, we did a wedding for Ron & Christina. We introduced the bridal party into the room with 'It's a Beautiful Day.'  We then introduced the bride and groom to a standing ovation and they danced to their wedding song 'Someone Like You.'  After that, the bride danced with her father (I'm Your Angel) and then the groom danced with his mother (Blessed). The toast was done by the best man and the maid of honor.  Then everyone sat down to a lovely dinner.  After dinner, to get the dancing started, we played Footloose as a special request from the maid of honor.  We played many of the bride & groom's song requests and everybody danced and had a great time.  We then did the cake cutting (Sweetest Thing).  At the very end of the party, the bride & groom danced to their special request (Truely, Madly, Deeply).  We also played a special request for all the anniversary couples (Grow Old Together from the movie The Wedding Singer).  We closed with Last Dance (Donna Summer).  The bride, Christina, was the life of the party.  She danced to all of her favorite songs.  A great time was had by all!
