Wedding Reception at Margaritaville

Sierra and Desiree Cunningham celebrated their wedding at the Margaritaville Resort in Hollywood, FL on 5/13/2024.  The ceremony which took place on the beach was not only witnessed by the 40 invited guests but also by approximately 100 on-lookers that were curious about the action taking place.  After a perfect ceremony all of the guests were invited to the 9th floor of the venue for the cocktail hour and reception.  I took the time to decorate the ballroom with 20, LED, wireless up-lights, dance floor lights and a monogram (with their names) all provided by Eddie B & Company.  As all of the guests entered the ballroom, I lined up the 12 member bridal party for the grand entrance.  Sierra chose Starships by Nikki Minaj as the intro song for the bridal party and Classic by MKTO for her and Desiree's intro.  The first dance was to Snow by Zach Bryan then Desiree danced with her dad Bill to Landslide by Fleetwood Mac and Sierra danced with her mom Mandy to Thought You Should Know by Morgan Wallen.  All of the guests found their seats and prepared for a 3 course meal and raised their glasses for the toasts which were given by Drake (BM) and Haley (MOH).  Sierra did not provide me with a play list but did asked me to have fun with her guests and to take requests.  It was lots of fun partying with this fun group and playing a mix of top 40, newer hip-hop, 2000s dance hits and country.  There was no garter/bouquet toss but the happy couple did take the time to have a cake cutting ceremony then surprised everyone with a s'mores dessert station.  The closing song for the evening was Friends In Low Places by Garth Brooks as all of the remaining guests gathered on the dance floor with Sierra and Desiree for the last time...PRICELESS!!
