Wedding Reception at Margaritaville / Hollywood

Bianca and Mario Sabi celebrated their wedding at the Margaritaville Hotel and Resort in Hollywood, FL on 7/28/2018.  The ceremony took place at a nearby church then all of the approximate 130 close friends and family members we invited to Margaritaville for the cocktail hour and the reception.  I took the time to decorate the ballroom with 24 amber, LED, wireless up-lights and dance floor lights all provided by Eddie B & Company.  When it was time for the reception to begin all of the guests found their way to their seats as I lined up the 19 member bridal party for the grand entrance.  Mario chose Thunderstruck by AC/DC as the intro song for the bridal party including his and Bianca's intro.  The first dance was to All My Life By KC and JoJo then Mario danced with his mom to A Song For Mama by Boyz II Men then Bianca danced with her dad to My First, My Last, My Everything by Barry White.  The toasts were given by Bianca's mom and dad then Mario gave a welcoming speech and thanked everyone for attending his and Bianca's big day.  The first of a 3 course meal was ready to be served and the reception was under way.  Bianca did provide me with a short play list and asked me to have fun with her family.  This was truly a banger wedding...that translates to amazing in our line of business.  The dance floor quickly filled up after the main course as I played a mix of top 40, latin favorites, 90s hip-hop and oldies.  What an amazing group of guests I partied with that evening.  As the evening progressed we did have a cake cutting ceremony but no garter/bouquet toss.  The last song for the evening was Closing Time by SemiSonic and that put a bow on another amazing Saturday night wedding at Margaritaville!!!
