Wedding Reception at Parkland Golf & Country Club

On Saturday, April 1st I was at Parkland Golf & Country Club for the wedding reception of Mark and Elizabeth. The reception was held in a beautiful ballroom with white linens and Lavender colored LED up lighting, two illuminated pillars with intelligent lighting, and an open air photo booth provided by Eddie B & Company. Stuey Blue of Eddie B & Company provided "Live" entertainment on his saxaphone for cocktail hour. When it was time for introductions I pumped up the crowd and invited the bridal party to stand in a large circle as we all welcomed Mr. and Mrs. Novatnack to I Believe in a thing called Love by The Darkness. The couple then embraced each other for their first dance to Fall In by Esperanza Spalding. During dinner, I played a some classic salsa while the guests enjoyed their meal. After dinner, I directed everyone’s attention to the wedding cake to watch the newlyweds cut into a lovely 3 tiered masterpiece, while we all sang You are the Best Thing by Ray LaMontagne. We kicked off the night with an Hora Loca and two high-energy entertainers to get people on the dance floor and keep them there. The rest of the night was a party with a mix of pop, latin, and party favorites for all the guests to dance to. Thank you Mark and Elizabeth for allowing me to be a part of your special day.
