Wedding Reception at Private Residence

Jon and Majo. The ceremony took place around 4:30pm in the backyard of this beautiful home on the outdoor basketball court. The reception area was also held on the court, complete with a fire pit and tiki bar for the guests. When it was time for introductions, I invited everyone to stand in a large circle at center court as we all welcomed the new Mr. and Mrs. Suh to Make You Mine by Public. Jon and Majo then embraced each other for their first dance to Photograph by Cody Fry, followed by the Mother and Son dance to 어머니의 마음 Chung-Hee Lee. Majo’s father then joined his daughter for the father and daughter dance to Esta Vida by Jorge Celedon, followed by a singing performance from the maid of honor as Majo danced with her younger sister to Hey Soul Sister. During dinner, I played a some motown and easy listening music while the guests enjoyed their meal and the rest of the night was a party with a mix of 90s hip hop, and dance music for all the guests to enjoy. We ended the night with a sparkler sendoff to Firework by Katy Perry as the newlyweds took in one final moment to celebrate with friends and family on their wedding night.
