Wedding Reception at Quantum on the Bay / Miami
Camila & Thomas D'Ostilio celebrated their wedding at the party room of their residence in Miami, FL on 1/23/2026. The ceremony took place at a nearby church then all of the approximate 70 guests were invited to the residence for the cocktail hour and reception. All of the guests were greeted with drinks and appetizers as I played a mix of tropical/latin tunes. I also took the time to decorate the ballroom with 20, LED, wireless up-lights and dance floor lights all provided by Eddie B & Company. As all of the guests found their seats in the reception area, Camila and Thomas made a grand entrance down the circular stairs to their first dance which was Pro Ti Volare by Bocelli. There were no parents dances so everyone prepared for a buffet style dinner. During dinner, the toasts were given by Bruno (FOG), Gloria (MOB), Lynn (MOG) and Tia Anna (AOB). Camila and Thomas cut their very tasty Italian Wedding Pavlova cake and they surprised everyone with endless dessert as the evening continued. The dance floor was hot from the start!! I played a mix of heavy latin favorites, top 40, classic 90s and 2000s dance hits. Perfect mix of genres for this very fun/up-beat group of guests. The dancing continued all night and as the reception came to an end I played Sky Full Of Stars by Coldplay as the closing song.
