Julyse and Corey Horr celebrated their wedding at Royal Fiesta in Deerfield Beach, FL on 8/3/2019. The ceremony took place at a nearby church then all of the 120 guests were invited to Royal Fiesta for the cocktail hour and the reception. Before the guests arrived Chris and myself set up the DJ booth along with our signature "Mirror Me" photo booth all provided by Eddie B & Company. After the cocktail hour I lined up the 32 member bridal party for the grand entrance. Julyse chose Levels by Avicii for the bridal party intros and Let It Roll by FloRida for her and Corey's intro. The first dance was to Love Someone by Lucas Graham then Julyse danced with her dad to Effervescent by Koffi Olomide and Corey danced with his mom to My Wish by Rascal Flatts. The toasts were given by Nathalie and Delasi (maids of honor) and by Brett and James (best men) then everyone found their seats and prepared for a buffet style dinner. Julyse did provide me with a play list that included top 40, disco, 80s and 90s hits and 30 traditional West-African classics. After dinner Julyse, Corey and the entire bridal party had a wardrobe change into African garb and performed a special traditional dance for all to enjoy. The dance floor opened up and the reception was in full swing. We did have a cake cutting ceremony as the night progressed along with a bouquet toss (no garter). The closing song for the evening was I've Had The Time Of My Life from the Dirty Dancing Soundtrack and that put a bow on a great Saturday night Royal Fiesta wedding.
Congrats to Julyse, Corey and the entire Horr and Lonfo families.
Special thanks to the staff at Royal Fiesta for always providing great service.
