Wedding Reception at Sea Ranch Lakes

Susana and Shane Atlas celebrated their wedding at Sea Ranch Lakes Resort in Ft. Lauderdale, FL on 9/13/2014.  The catholic ceremony was held at a church near by then all of the guests were invited to Sea Ranch Lakes for the cocktail hour.  As all of the guests arrived, they were greeted with drinks, appetizers and the smooth acoustic guitar sounds of our very own Ricky B.  Approximately 130 guests mingled at the bar and lobby areas while the staff at the resort prepared for the outdoor traditional Jewish ceremony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.  After the ceremony all of the guests were invited into the reception area which was decorated with 24 amber colored, LED, wireless up-lights and dance floor lights all provided by Eddie B & Company.  Susana and Shane chose I Gotta Feeling by The Black Eyed Peas for the entire bridal party entrance including themselves.  The first dance was to My Girl by The Temptations then Susana danced with her dad to Slipping Through My Fingers from The Mama Mia Soundtrack and Shane danced with his mom to Over The Rainbow by Isreal K.  All of the guests were then asked to find their seats and prepare for the toasts.  Lauren (maid of honor) and both best men Daniel and Klaudio gave the toasts followed by Susana's dad Dennis.  Everyone seemed very excited for Susana and Shane as they enjoyed a three course meal and listened to some great easy listening/smooth jazz tunes.  Susana and Shane did provided me with a play list that included dinner/cocktail music, top 40, classic rock, EDM, disco, 80's pop and latin.  The energy on the dance floor was amazing!!  A few party favors were handed out to all of the guests that were getting down on the dance floor.  As the night progressed we did take a breather for the cake cutting and the garter/bouquet toss.  I did play a few group dance songs and of course the traditional Hora!  The closing song for the evening was Last Dance by Donna Summer and that capped off an amazing wedding!!  Congrats to Susana, Shane and the entire Liston and Atlas families.  Special thanks to the staff at Sea Ranch Lakes and to Ultimate Cuisine Catering for providing the great food and service.
