On May 25, 2012 Melissa and Fernando Lyons celebrated their wedding reception at the Addison Reserve in Boca Raton FL. The ceremony took place at a church and then the cocktail hour followed at the Addison. The weather was great so the cocktail hour was held in the courtyard by the big fountain. As everyone entered the main ballroom after the cocktail hour, I lined up the bridal party for the grand entrance. Melissa and Fernando chose I Gotta Feeling by The Black Eyed Peas for the entire bridal party. Once they entered they went right into the first dance with was I Knew I Loved You by Savage Garden then the bridal party joined them half way through. Melissa then danced with her father to Butterfly Kisses by Bob Carlisle and Fernando danced with his mother to A Song For Mama by Boys II Men. Melissa's sisters Melanie and Marlene gave 2 great speeches along with best man Shaun and Melissa's dad Patrick Ryan. The first of the 2 courses were served and the party was under way. Melissa did give me a small list of songs but left it up to me for the dance music. I played a mix of top 40, R&B, Hip-Hop and dance classics. Melissa and Fernando surprised their guests with a huge chocolate fountain and a candy station for dessert. We performed the anniversary dance then the cake cutting and the garter/bouquet toss which Melissa and Fernando tossed from the second floor balcony. The last dance of the evening was Forever and For Always by Shania Twain (Melissa's favorite artist). Congrats to Melissa and Fernando Lyons and to the Ryan family. DJ Ray
