Alyssa and Chase Mione celebrated their wedding at the Addison of Boca Raton, FL on 4/2/2023. This amazing wedding began with an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour under the 2 banyan trees. Approximately 90 guests arrived to the Addison and witnessed a perfect ceremony then they were all invited to the cocktail hour at the fountain. I played a mix of smooth jazz favorites while everyone enjoyed drinks and appetizers. I also took the time to decorate the ballroom with 20 amber, LED, wireless up-lights and dance floor lights all provided by Eddie B & Company. As all of the guests entered the ballroom I lined up the 12 member bridal party for the grand entrance. Alyssa chose You Dropped A Bomb On Me by The Gap Band for the parents intros, Whoomp, There It Is by Tag Team for the bridal party and Return Of The Mack by Mark Morrison for her and Chase's intro. The first dance was to Joy Of My Life by Chris Stapleton then Alyssa danced with her dad to My Baby Girl by Sol Knopf. All of the guests then found their seats and prepared for a 3 course meal. The toasts were given by Nick (BM), Cassy (Matron OH) and Kari (Maid OH) and the reception was in full swing. Alyssa did provide me with a play list that included top 40, latin classics, 90s and 2000s hip-hop and disco classics. Perfect mix of genres for this very energetic group of guests. The dance floor filled up after dinner and it was a non-stop dance party until the end. There was no garter/bouquet toss but the happy couple did take the time to cut their wedding cake. Alyssa's dad requested that I play Night Swimming by REM for a separate father/daughter dance. That was a very special touch by her dad. The last song for the evening was Wonderful Tonight by Eric Clapton and that is how this amazing wedding came to a close.
Congrats to Alyssa, Chase and the entire Mione and Reeder families.
Special thanks to the staff at the Addison for always providing excellent service.
