A Tropical Key West Celebration at Audubon House & Tropical Gardens

This past Saturday, January 3rd, I had the pleasure of providing wedding entertainment for a beautiful celebration at the Audubon House in Key West, Florida on behalf of Eddie B & Company. Tucked away in Old Town, the venue offered the perfect setting for an intimate and relaxed tropical wedding from 5:00 to 10:00 PM.

Guests arrived to soft instrumental music that set the tone right away. The ceremony felt effortless and elegant, surrounded by greenery and the natural charm that makes the Audubon House such a special place to get married. It was calm, romantic, and perfectly suited for a Key West evening.

Following the ceremony, guests moved into cocktail hour where the vibe stayed light and celebratory. Passed hors d’oeuvres were served while a steel drummer brought in an authentic island feel that fit the setting beautifully. It was one of those moments where everything just flowed naturally and guests were fully present, enjoying the music, the atmosphere, and each other.

Dinner during the reception was laid back and comfortable, giving everyone a chance to relax and connect. Once the dance floor officially opened, the energy picked up and the night shifted into full celebration mode. From there on out, it was all about great music, good company, and keeping the dance floor moving.

To enhance the space, we added 20 uplights throughout the venue. The couple chose pink, which worked incredibly well with the surrounding greenery and florals. The lighting added a warm, tropical glow and made the entire space feel lush without taking away from the natural beauty of the gardens.

It was a pleasure representing Eddie B & Company for this Key West wedding and helping bring the couple’s vision to life. The combination of music, lighting, and setting came together seamlessly, making for a relaxed yet memorable celebration in one of the most beautiful venues in the Keys.
