Sunday evening March 3rd, 2024 at The B Ocean Hotel on Fort Lauderdale Beach, is where the reception for Rachel and Racheal was held with DJ Marc Evans. The ceremony was held on the 2nd Floor overlooking Fort Lauderdale beach in the main ballroom. Violinists provided the music for the wedding cermony as I provided the mic for the officiant.
The cocktail hour was held in the bar area of the 2nd floor where reggae and steel drum music was the genre for the celebration as family pictures were take under the Huppah.
The guests were invited to the main room that was highlighted with Cyan Blue LED up lights and LED dance floor lights. The wedding party entered the room to Can't Stop The Feeling. Rachel and Racheal danced and sang to I'll Be Your Wife" by Mary Lambert. The first dance was Grow As We Go by Ben Platt. I then invited the fathers of the brides to dance with their daughters to My Little Girl. Then the mothers danced with their daughters to Tapestry by Carol King.
The toasts were given by the parents of the brides along with a brother of Rachel.
Following the the main course the party began with DJ Marc Evans playing music from Reggae, Salsa, Merengue and top 40 dance songs as they danced and partied with the Rachels on the dance floor with a very great list of music requests provided by the brides.
After a good solid hour of dancing, the cake cutting was to How Sweet It Is by Michael Buble Buble.
Once dessert concluded, the dancing continued as line dances such as the Cupid Shuffle, The Wobble and the Cha Cha slide were very popular. The last few songs of the night chosen were Last Dance and the Foo Fighters as the Rachel's did a private song alone prior to the lighted sticks good bye to the brides. Thank you and congrats from DJ Marc Evans.
