Wedding Reception at the "B" Ocean Hotel / Ft. Lauderdale Beach
Saturday January 25th, 2014 at the B Ocean Hotel on Ft. Lauderdale beach is where the
wedding reception was held in honor of Amy Cross and Andrey Dobrikov.
During
the cocktail hour the guests enjoyed a variety of songs suggested by
the
newlyweds. Some of the artists chosen were, The
Rolling Sones, John
Mayer, Lenny Kravitz, Brad Paisley, Zac Brown Band, Tim
McGraw and many
others.
As the guests were finding there seats I was
preparing the
grand entrance with the bride and groom that was introduced to Diamonds by
Rhianna. The first dance was to Aerosmith's Angel, and then I invited all
guests to join the newlyweds. The room was glowing with Cyan Blue up lighting provided by Eddie B & Company, that
enhanced the beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean.
After the toasts and
the salads, I presented the father/daughter dance to Faithfully by Journey and
then the bride and her family band played the song for the groom and his mom
from Metallica. Then the band continued to play a few songs followed by DJ Marc
rocking the house for 30 minutes of dancing to songs on the request list that
included, classic rock and roll songs by Bon Jovi, Guns and Roses and many more.
During dinner the guests enjoyed the use of the Strike A Pose
Photo, provided by Eddie B & Company.
Everyone enjoyed dressing up with
the party favors and props, and compiling an album of fun photo memories for Amy
and Andrey to cherish for years to come!
Cake cutting was to Alicia Keys,
Empire State of Mind as the couple and a lot of there friends were from New
York.
The party resumed and the guests partied all night as the band
played a few more songs and then I finished the night with their closing song by
Queen, We Will Rock You.
Off to Hawaii for the newlyweds - Congrats!!!
