Wedding & Reception at the Bahia Mar Resort

On Saturday, March 11th I was in Ft. Lauderdale at the Bahia Mar Resort for the wedding ceremony and reception of Michael and Kim. The ceremony took place shortly after 5:00pm in a beautiful garden just a few feet from the intra coastal waterway. Michael along with his groomsmen and the bridal party walked to You Are the Reason by Calum Scott, followed by Kim who walked down the aisle to How Long Will I Love You by Ellie Goulding. Once the two were pronounced husband and wife, the new Mr. and Mrs. Lombardo celebrated together while singing We Found Love by Rihanna. The reception was held in a lovely ballroom with white linens and floral centerpieces, and highlighted with Cyan Blue LED up lighting provided by Eddie B & Company. There was also an Open Air photo booth provided by Eddie B & Company for all of the guests to enjoy! When it was time for introductions I invited everyone to stand as we welcomed Mr. and Mrs. Lombardo to Can’t Hold Us by Macklemore. The couple then embraced each other for their first dance to Perfect Symphony by Ed Sheeran and Andrea Boccelli. After the first dance I asked Michael to join his mother on the dance floor for the mother and son dance to My Mother’s Eyes by Frankie Valli. During dinner, I played some Italian classics and instrumental pop covers while the guests enjoyed their meal. After dinner, I kicked the party with an eclectic mix of pop, latin music, hip hop, and other party favorites for all the guests to enjoy. Once the guests were on the floor they did not want to leave. Thank you Michael and Kim for allowing me to be a part of your special day.
