On May 14, 2011 Tyler and Lauren Gordon were married and the cocktail hour and reception was held at the Boca Country Club. The cocktail hour music consisted of easy listening and oldies which I suggested since Lauren trusted my judgment for those particular songs. As all of the guests entered the reception ball room after the cocktail hour, I lined up the bridal party for the introductions. Lauren requested that the bridal party enter to Ain't No Mountain High Enough by Marvin Gaye and Tammy Terrell then the bride and groom's song was This Will Be by Natalie Cole. The guests were really pumped up to show their love and support by cheering as loud as they could when Tyler and Lauren entered. Tyler and Lauren then performed there first dance to Marry Me by Train. Then Lauren danced with her father to I Loved Her First by Heartland and Tyler danced with his mom to Something About The Way She Moves by James Taylor. Dustin and Amy (the best man and maid of honor) followed with two great toasts. Then Laurens dad Mr. Ed Barnhill made a heart felt speech about Lauren and Tyler on their special day. The prayer before the meal was given by Pastor Drew Dinardo. After salads and before the main course the dance floor opened up a bit for some pre-dinner dancing. The floor got packed quickly, it was like everyone was anxious to party with Tyler and Lauren. Of course it helped alot that Tyler and Lauren love to dance and they were out there shaking it with their friends and family. After dinner Tyler and Lauren cut the cake and Tyler got to remove the garter from Lauren. One of the highlights of the evening was that 2 single ladies caught the bouquet and one guy caught the garter so the 2 ladies sat the guy down on a chair and put the garter on his leg. Everyone was hysterical at that point!! Well after a little wedding cake dessert everyone got back to the dancing. And they danced until the end. Right before it was over everyone received bubbles to blow on Tyler and Lauren as they walked out through the lobby into the limo-sine. It was a great sight to see for the their send off. Special thanks to the staff at Boca C.C. They never disappoint when it comes to top notch service with great smiles and infectious attitudes. ***Another awesome wedding at the Boca Country Club***.
