On Saturday, November 7th, 2015 I had the honor of DJing/MCing the Reception for Glenn and Kerri Daniel at the beautiful Borland Center in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. As guests arrived, I played a mixture of easy listening, rock, oldies and pop music. For introductions, the Father of the Bride’s parents Bill and Lynn were introduced to a live bag pipe player! The bridal party was introduced to Uptown Funk by Bruno Mars. Then, Glenn and Kerri were introduced to the song Forever by Chris Brown. After introductions, Glenn and Kerri did their first dance to the song Thinking Out loud by Ed Sheeran. Then, Kerri and her father danced to the song I Loved Her First by Heartland. Next, Glenn and his mother Pauline danced to the song My Wish by Rascal Flatts. For dinner service, I continued a mixture of easy listening, rock, oldies and pop music. After dinner, I kicked it into gear and invited everyone to the dance floor for some dancing. Everyone boogied down to a mixture of pop, rock, country and big hits from the 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s. Later in the evening we cut the cake to the song How Sweet it is by Michael Bublea. After the cake cutting, we did the bouquet toss to the song Single Ladies by Beyonce. Then, we did the garter toss to the song Hot in Here by Nelly. For the rest of the evening, I continued with a mixture of rock, oldies, country and pop music. I would like to thank the staff of the Borland Center for hosting a beautiful evening and it was a pleasure to be apart of Glenn and Kerri’s wedding! DJ/MC Eric Olsen
