Saturday evening December 7th in Islamorada Florida at The Caribbean Resort over looking the ice blue ocean under the cloudless sky is where the celebration began for Morgan and Finola Maodus. The ceremony was held on the sand in front of friends and family over looking the Florida Keys. The music for the ceremony and cocktail hour was provided by a family friend.
Following the cocktail hour, the guests were invited under the stars in the main dining area where the wedding continued. There was no tent as we celebrated under the moon lit ocean. The bridal party along with Morgan and Finola were introduced to Hang Lose by Alabama Shakes. The first dance followed to Found You by Alabama Shakes. The father daughter dance to Butterfly Kisses and the mother son dance to What a Wonderful World.
As the guests found there seats and the toasts were made followed by the opening of the food stations.
Music genre consisted of everything from Sweet Caroline by Neil Diamond to Booty Music, hip hop to include all line dances from The Cha Cha Slide to The Wobble and Cupid Shuffle. The music list was specific but never a problem as each song was played as Finola and Morgan along with family and friends danced the night away under the stars in Islamorada.
The last three songs that were asked to be played prior to the sparkler send off were, Beast of Burden, Paradise by the Dashboard Light and Free Bird.
Before leaving for the night, Finola and Morgan stop by to inform me of the great time they had and enjoyed the transition of music. Congrats from DJ Marc Evans and the Eddie B family.
