Wedding Reception at the Casa Marina Resort / Key West

Natalie and Jonathan Coddaire celebrated their dream destination wedding at the Casa Marina Resort in Key West, FL on 4/13/2013.  This wedding had it all, from a live string trio for the ceremony and cocktail hour to an amazing reception and a great time had by all.  Natalie and Jonathan invited 55 of their closest friends and family members who witness a beach ceremony over-looking the Atlantic Ocean and a cocktail hour which was also held outdoors.  The reception was held in the grand ballroom which was decorated with 20 Royal Blue wireless LED up-lights and dance floor lights which were provided by Eddie B & Company.  As the guests entered the ballroom I lined up the bridal party just outside in the lobby.  Natalie chose Don't Stop The Party by Pitbull for the bridal party entrance and Beautiful Day by U2 for her and Jonathan's intro.   They went right into the first dance which was All I Want Is You by U2 then Natalie danced with her dad to Unforgettable by Nat and Natalie Cole.  The toasts were given by the 2 maids of honor (Carole and Lisa) and by the best man (Chris) and all 3 toasts were both funny and heart-felt.  A 2 course dinner was being served and the reception was under way.   Natalie and Jonathan did provide me with a short play list and a do not play list that I used during the event.  I played a mix of top 40, alternative, progressive dance, kompa and some 80's.  There was no garter/bouquet toss but the happy couple did cut the wedding cake and then individual mini wedding cakes where served to the guests.  The dancing continued then Natalie and Jonathan requested that the last song be Carry On by Fun.  That was an excellent way to end an impressive and well planned wedding.   Congrats to Natalie, Jonathan and the entire Clerie and Coddaire families.  This was the first time working at Casa Marina and I have a feeling that we will be here again and for many years to come.  Definitely 5 star service!!!
