Wedding & Reception at the Coconut Palm Inn / Tavernier

Audrey and Jesse Davis celebrated their dream destination wedding at the Coconut Palm Inn in Tavernier Key, FL on 8/13/2016.  This amazing wedding began with an outdoor beach side ceremony where approximately 60 closes friends and family members witnessed the happy couple tie the knot.   The cocktail hour followed and as Audrey and Jesse posed for sunset pictures all of the guests enjoyed drinks and appetizers.  A few hours into the wedding I called all of the guests to a family still dinner buffet.  They all found there seats and enjoyed 4 stations of great food.  Audrey did provide me with a short play list and asked me to play to the crowd and to have fun.  After dinner all of the guests gathered around with sparklers for the first dance.  They chose a mix of Thinking Out Loud by Ed Sheeran and Head Over Boots by Jon Pardi then asked me to have everyone join them on the dance floor.  Audrey then danced with her dad to My Girl by The Temptations, with her step-dad to When You Need Me by Bruce Springsteen and Jesse danced with his mom to Child Of Mine by Carol King.  Everyone dance the night away until we paused for the cake cutting and the presentation of the cookie bar.  The closing song for the evening was Save The Last Dance For Me by Michael Buble and that's how this cool wedding ended.  Congrats to Audrey, Jesse and the entire Davis, Ewing, Boyd and Smith families.  Special thanks to the staff at the Coconut Palm Inn!!  This was our first event at that location and I'm sure it won't be the last!!
