Wedding Reception at The Cruz Building

On Saturday, October 22nd I was at The Cruz Building in Miami, FL for the wedding reception of Johnny and Judea. The couple was married earlier in the day at a separate location and invited their family and friends to celebrate with them at this beautiful 3-story venue with music on every level. Cocktail hour was held on the first floor as guests were walking in. Dinner was on the second floor, complete with a balcony that overlooked the cocktail area. The reception was on the third floor, complete with a coffee cart, Mirror Me photo booth, DJ, and blush up lighting provided by Eddie B & Company. After the guests walked in for the cocktail hour, I introduced the bridal party and parents of the bride and groom to Bring Em Out by T.I. followed by a huge round of applause while I welcomed Mr. and Mrs. Bové to their reception. Shortly after toasts and dinner, I invited guests to look over the balcony as the newlyweds had their first dance on the first floor to When I Fall in Love by Celine Dion and Clive Griffin. After the parents dances I invited everyone up to the third floor for the dancing portion of the night. Once the guests were on the twinkling dance floor they didn’t want to leave. They were dancing all night to a mix of 80s, 90s, and several line dances and latin songs to keep them moving. Thank you Johnny, Judea, and Denise - I had such a great time with you and your family.
