Wedding Reception at the Deer Creek Country Club

On Saturday, April 5th, 2014 I played for Ashley & Austin Uhrick and 104 family members and friends at the beautiful Deer Creek Country Club! We started with a cocktail outside by the tropical gardens and waterfall. I made a playlist by request of our newlyweds of Pianao Guys and 2 Cellos muscic that lasted the entire hour. Once the guests were invited inside to the ballroom I introduced the bridal party to "A Little Party Never Killed Nobody", and Ashley & Austin made their entrance to "Midnight City" by M83. Their first dance was "All Of Me" by John Legeend. Next up were toasts and dinner followed by the father/duaghter dance...."In My Life" and the mother/son dance...."Simple Man". Then I opened up the dance floor and played a little of everything from Twist and Shout to Happy by Parrell. We paused for the cake cutting for which I played a classic from the 60's, "Today I met The Boy I'm Gonna Marry" by Darlene Love. The garter was removed to "Mission Impossible" and tossed to "Danger Zone", followed by th bouquet toss to "Single Ladies". We also included the Anniversary dance and acknowledged 4 birthday celebrations! The final 3 songs as requested by the newlyweds were, "Don't Stop Believing", "Can't Stop Me", and then "Home" by Edward Sharpe. Congrats to Ashley and Austin...I wish you both all the best! DJ/MC Eddie B!
