Yasser and Melanie's wedding at the Deering Estate in Miami, FL on November 2nd
Yasser and Melanie's wedding was held at the Deering Estate in Miami, FL on November 2nd. The reception area was brought to life by amber colored decor lights at the couple's request, matching perfectly with their floral centerpieces. The guests were seated under a beautiful strangler fig tree, complete with multiple bars, a cuban cigar roller, and a large 20’ x 20’ dance floor. The cocktail hour took place overlooking the Atlantic Ocean as the guests were treated to a salsa band trio and a bar for everyone to enjoy. After some pictures it was time to introduce the newlyweds. The guests were encouraged to get really loud as I welcomed the new Mr. and Mrs. Rodriguez as they walked in to Enter Sandman by Metallica. The cheering continued as I invited them to the middle of the floor for their first dance. Yasser and Melanie embraced each other as I played Prayed for You by Matt Stell. Following the first dance, I invited everyone to be seated, while the Best Man, Matron of Honor, and Melanie's brother shared very heart-warming toasts. After dinner, we kicked off the party while I played a mix of hip hop, salsa, 90s and dance party favorites for all the guests to enjoy. I closed everything out to Moment for Life by Drake as we all sang along before ending the evening in a big group hug. Thank you Adriana and the staff of the Deering Estate for organizing such a beautiful wedding for Yasser and Melanie. BIG congratulations to the new Mr. and Mrs. Rodriguez - You guys are incredible and your families know how to party! - DJ ELOW
